About Pinnacle Woodcraft: Custom Woodworking in Texas

Welcome to Pinnacle Woodcraft, LLC!   I am Michael W Holmes, the founder and lead fabricator behind Pinnacle Woodcraft, LLC. 

My journey with woodworking and building began over 40 years ago. Originally from Birmingham, Alabama, my building career took me to Nashville, Tennessee for 9 years, and ultimately led me to the Corpus Christi, Texas area, which I’ve proudly called home for the last 24 years.

Before dedicating my hands entirely to fine woodworking services, I spent decades managing multi-million dollar commercial building projects as a construction superintendent and project manager. 

My boots have been on the ground building commercial landmarks across a massive footprint spanning from Maryland to Florida, all the way over to Texas, and everywhere in between. I even served as a city building official and inspector, mastering building regulations inside and out.

Today, I channel that lifetime of expert knowledge and regional experience into crafting custom woodworking items, including handcrafted entryway benches, console tables, shoe cabinets, drop-zone stations, lockers, cubbies, piano-key coat racks, small-batch charcuterie and cutting boards, catch-all valet trays and unique home decor pieces.
